We have provided world-class production service to international and local clientele for over 23 years. Combining creative and practical support to top-tier studios, media, advertising and entertainment companies, our reputation is built upon obsessive attention to detail and the ability to bring even the most challenging brief to life.
With our diverse talent pool and an astonishing variety of locations, from the central hub of Lisbon, where within 1.30h we can provide beach, city, downtown, rural, or mountain views, Ready to Shoot will partner with you to deliver the very best that Portugal has to offer.
One of our latest projects was the production service for the Netflix feature Film “Heart of Stone”, partly shot in Portugal .Margarida Adónis was also the Line Producer for an International Disney+, with 80d shoot in Portugal, for a 7 episode TV serie produced by Lazona that will be airing in spring 2025.
We are also very pleased and proud to announce that we have a partnership with the wonderful super experienced producer Scott Horan in Spain, so Ready To Shoot can service you there with the same quality, as in Portugal .
Since 2022 Ready to Shoot  in Portugal makes part of Red Bull´s Talent Pool.

Executive Producer / Managing Director 

As the Founder of Ready To Shoot, one of Lisbon’s premier production service companies specializing in international advertising, feature films, TV series, and branded content, I focus on turning creative visions into reality. With over 26 years of experience delivering world-class production services to an international clientele, my team and I are committed to excellence through meticulous attention to detail and a deep passion for our craft.

Our work includes major international productions such as the Heart of Stone, directed by Tom Harper and produced by Patty Whitcher, partially filmed in Portugal over 27 days. We also serviced StudioCanal’s period feature The Custom of the Country, directed by Josie Rourke, entirely shot in Portugal over 36 days.

In addition, Margarida Adónis served as Line Producer on an international Disney+ series produced by LaZona, with an 83-day shoot in Portugal. The 7-episode series is scheduled to premiere in spring 2025. Margarida is also a 2026 participant in the EAVE Producers Workshop and has taken part in the Green Film Lab held in Lisbon by Portugal Film Commission, reinforcing her commitment to international collaboration and sustainable production practices.

At Ready To Shoot, we combine creative innovation with practical expertise. Based in the vibrant heart of Lisbon, we offer an exceptional diversity of filming locations—from beaches and dynamic cityscapes to tranquil rural settings and dramatic mountain landscapes—all within a short distance. We pride ourselves on delivering high production value while maintaining rigorous budget control and exceeding client expectations.

I am particularly passionate about Portugal’s film incentives (25%–30%), designed to attract international productions and co-productions. I’m always happy to advise on how to maximize these opportunities and bring projects to life efficiently.

Outside of my professional work, I explore creative expression through interior design and textile creation. At my workshop in Reguengos de Monsaraz, I manage a handmade weaving studio with 11 looms, producing rugs and bedspreads using traditional techniques passed down through generations. This craft reflects my love for texture, pattern, and timeless design.
